Terms Of Service

General Rules

  • Vtuber rigging commissions design MUST be FULLY owned by the commissioner, or have permissions to use the design commercially.

  • Commissioning me means that you have agreed to my Terms of Services and any commission request that violates the terms are to be cancelled immediately.

  • I have the right to refuse your commission if I'm not comfortable doing it.

  • Custom designs are an extra fee- I can work with you to create a character, but I cannot make an illustration or vtuber model without a full design (ie- not just text or a Pinterest board)

  • All illustration commissions are defaulted as personal use only! Please do not redistribute / sell your commissioned piece for commercial uses.

  • Vtuber rig, icon, and emote commissions are defaulted as commercial use.

  • Prices may vary depending on the complexity of character design, lighting, background details and additional customization.

  • Payments must be made up front in full before I will begin work

Do:

  • Light to Medium Gore

  • Anthro and Furry Characters

  • Mechanical or Robotic Characters

  • Original Characters

  • Fanart (Personal Use Only)

  • Bathing Suits, Underwear, and Nonsexual Nudity May Be Accepted on a Case-by-Case Basis

Don't:

  • NSFW and Fetish

  • Excessive Gore

  • Likenesses of Real People

  • Characters or Designs That The Commissioner Does Not Own Or Have Permission To Use (Commercial Use and VTube Rigs)

Revisions

  • Please send all revision requests before accepting a phase, and all requests for that phase in one batch.

  • Each Commission is only allowed three batches of revisions

  • Major changes are only accepted in the sketch phase. After you

  • Only minor tweaks are allowed for the final render

  • Please refrain from pixel-level knitpicking

Icon: $25----Vtubing----Character must have a design that is owned by the commissioner or licensed for commercial use before it can be illustrated for a vtuber model. Preferably an "A" pose or a full turnaround. Must be commissioned in three steps, or all at once. This is the base price for one rig with approximately 45° head turns, one outfit (plus base body with underwear/swimsuit, no nudity), with no expression toggles. If a cut and separated model is commissioned from a different artist and you just want to get it rigged, you just pay for the third step.Steps:
